I accidentally heard a couple of things from the news broadcast I left on in the background as I worked on my literature review.
For one, CBS News did a thing talking about the sluttiness of Halloween costumes, something I had just bitched about the other night.
The other thing is that Bob Barker is fucking retiring!?!?!?!?! I mean, I guess we knew it had to happen at some point, but... wow. That's the end of a fucking era. That's one of those things where the guy retires and like can't exist without, so he's dead in a week or something. Crazy, crazy.
