Today, I revised my article for Seeds of Change, a local activist magazine. I had submitted a longer version (around 5,000 words) that they apparently liked but wanted shortened. They mentioned that they were considering it for the cover and that they wanted 3,000 words. I gave them 2,999 and the design editor wrote back and thanked me like 100 times, but didn't mention whether or not it's going to be the cover. I think this version is more efficient, but I think it lost a little of the readability. Whatever.
Here's what I gave them.
It's funny how much better "That '70s Show" is when it's the only thing you get on TV from 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm. Hooray for antennas.
